Oakyard currently has active estate listings in Kyami (OakCity), Idu, Katampe Extension and Kuje. The Willow release in Karsana, Orchid Vista and Police Estate are sold out and appear only as previous releases.

Plot sizes differ by estate. Current published options include 300 sqm, 350 sqm, 400 sqm, 450 sqm, 500 sqm, 1,000 sqm and 1 hectare. Each active estate page shows the exact sizes offered there.

Yes. Olive Estate has a six-month plan. Tulip Estate has six-month plans for 300 sqm and 450 sqm, and a one-year plan for 1 hectare. Orchid Estate has six-month plans for 300 sqm, 500 sqm and 1,000 sqm; its 1-hectare option is outright only. Willow Estate in Kuje has six-month plans for 300 sqm and 400 sqm; its 1-hectare option is outright only.

The documentation depends on the estate and the transaction stage. Ask the sales team for the exact title, contract, receipt, allocation and survey documents that apply, then have your lawyer verify them before payment.

Do not assume they are included in the advertised land price. Request a written cost schedule for the estate showing the plot price, infrastructure or development fees, documentation charges and any other payable amount.
